Shipping policy

At LAKRAS, we are a small team that handles all aspects of production, including creating and shipping each item by hand. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, and we ask for your patience throughout the process. We offer international shipping to a variety of countries, and we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Ready to order/Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after being placed. However, please note that some items may have longer production times. Each product page will provide an estimated shipping time and Made to Order items  may range from 7 business days to 2 weeks depending on the item (please check this information in the item details).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to a variety of countries, and our shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipping may take anywhere between 5 to 25 days from the date of shipment to arrive at your country of delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on your location . Please note that the shipping times provided on each product page are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to notify you of any delays, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

TAXES & DUTIES 

Please note that the product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Customers are liable to pay these. 

RETURNS

Please note that items categorised as made-to-order, pre-order, archive, art pieces, jewellery, accessories, nail art, bags, hair items/wigs, and lingerie, swimwear are exempt from our returns and refunds policy.  If you have any questions about our items, please feel free to email contact@lakras.co

Please note that as a small boutique brand, each case will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for some items, as many of our products are unique pieces. 

For items that are eligible for returns, you are entitled to return your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving the order. If you wish to make a return, please email  contact@lakras.co with "Return - your order number" in the subject line and the reason for return. Then, we will provide you with instructions and the return address. 

You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must return unused. All original packaging and price labels must be returned with the product without having been altered.

LOST SHIPMENTS

While we take every measure to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we are committed to working with you to find a resolution if your shipment goes missing.

Important Information:

  • Insurance Coverage: All shipments are insured to provide additional protection. If a shipment is lost or damaged, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Carrier Decisions: Please note that final decisions regarding lost shipments are made by the shipping carrier. We are here to support you through the process but ultimately, the carrier's policies and decisions will apply.
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS, which offer the most affordable rates for our customers. If you prefer to use your own carrier, please contact us to make arrangements.

DAMAGE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@lakras.co , We will work with you to resolve the issue.

The refund will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the item. Please, note that shipping costs can not be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. 

EXCHANGES

Please, email contact@lakras.co with your exchange request and a member of our team will help you. Customers are responsible for the associated shipping costs of exchanges, however, not all items are eligible for exchange such as made-to-order or pre-order. In some cases Lakras may agree to an exchange which is up to their discretion.

JEWELRY WARRANTY

Jewelry purchased from LAKRAS is backed by our lifetime guarantee. This means we are committed to providing ongoing maintenance service for your pieces. However, this guarantee only applies if the piece has been properly cared for. It's important to note that we will not cover damages caused by accidents, such as submerging the jewelry in water. We're here to ensure that your jewelry maintains its beauty and quality over time, as long as it receives the proper care. Please, email contact@lakras.co
