Lakras is a small, independently run brand. Every piece is created, finished, packed, and shipped by our small team. Because we work on a limited scale and many of our items are made-to-order or produced in small batches, our policies are designed to keep our process sustainable while maintaining transparency with our customers.
We deeply appreciate your support, patience, and mindful shopping. If you ever have questions or concerns, please reach out—we are always open to communication and will do our best to help within the limits of our production model.
ORDER PROCESSING
Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-order items: Typically require 7 business days to 2 weeks, depending on the piece.
Each product page includes a detailed estimated processing time—please review these details before purchasing.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping to many locations.
Delivery times vary and can range from 5 to 25 days once shipped.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Shipping fees and product prices do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We will do our best to notify you of major delays.

RETURNS — FINAL SALE
At Lakras, all items are final sale.
As a small, independent brand, we do not have the capacity to offer refunds or exchanges. This helps us avoid overproduction and maintain a sustainable workflow. It also reflects our belief in intentional purchasing—we encourage our customers to buy thoughtfully rather than impulsively.
If you have questions before placing an order, we genuinely welcome them. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If Something Arrives Damaged or With a Production Issue
While all sales are final, we never want you to feel unsupported.
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a production issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@lakras.co
with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review your case and work with you to find a fair and thoughtful solution.
LOST SHIPMENTS
Once your order has been shipped, Lakras is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.
Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier when the package is handed over.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it goes missing during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
To help avoid issues, we strongly recommend:
Using a secure, reliable delivery address
Tracking your shipment regularly
Selecting a location where someone can receive the package
We can provide carrier information if needed, but we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen shipments.
EXCHANGES
Because all items are final sale and many pieces are made-to-order or limited-run, exchanges are generally not available.

Any approved exchange is entirely at Lakras’s discretion, and customers are responsible for shipping costs.
