SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200.
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional production time, as indicated on the product page.
Orders generally ship within 2–7 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
We offer worldwide shipping to many locations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon arrival if applicable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Most Lakras items are final sale.
Due to our small-batch production model and the handmade nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds.
Eligible Ready-to-Wear items may qualify for a size exchange or store credit within 5 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Conditions for Exchanges & Store Credit

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

All tags and original packaging must be intact.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All exchange or store credit requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

All One-of-a-Kind pieces are final sale.
Due to the unique nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, store credit requests, cancellations, or price adjustments.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Lakras will review the claim and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Lakras will only cover return shipping costs when an item arrives damaged, defective, or when an incorrect item was sent due to our error.
HANDMADE VARIATIONS
Many Lakras products are handmade or produced using recycled and reclaimed materials. Slight variations in color, texture, measurements, hardware, finishing, and overall appearance are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Lakras cannot guarantee delivery timelines and is not responsible for delays, losses, theft, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is lost during transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Lakras is happy to provide carrier information and assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages lost or stolen after shipment.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
